Today marked the jubilee – 20 years of existence of the Humanitarian Organization ‘Reto – Ima nade’ in Serbia. The anniversary was attended by beneficiaries of the center, friends, partners, as well as representatives of state administrative bodies with whom Reto has had exceptional cooperation, including the Office for Combating Drugs.

The Office for Combating Drugs and ‘Reto – Ima Nade’ have a signed Memorandum of Cooperation that forms the basis for activities, visits, conferences, joint actions, and operations within local government units in Serbia.

For several years now, the Office and Reto have established a highly successful partnership in many fields, primarily in raising awareness about the importance of rehabilitation and social reintegration for individuals struggling with addiction, as well as those in the process of recovery. It’s important to note that the Humanitarian Organization ‘Reto – Ima Nade’ was founded in 1985 in Cantabria, Spain, and has been active in Serbia for 20 years. The organization’s main goal is to aid individuals belonging to various marginalized groups, primarily those dealing with addiction issues. The concept of rehabilitation at the center doesn’t only imply abstinence from psychoactive substances but also recovery from them and full reintegration into society. The comprehensive program operates within the shelter houses and facilities owned by the center – in Belgrade, Niš, and Novi Sad.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to the friends and partners of the ‘Reto – Ima Nade’ organization on their jubilee, with the belief that they will continue their impactful work as they have done until now.
