Last week in Sarajevo, there was a meeting between representatives of the Office for Combating Drugs and representatives of the Section for Suppressing Narcotic Drugs Abuse of the Ministry of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina. On that occasion, conclusions for 2019 were elaborated as well as cooperation plan for 2020. 

The Republic of Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina have had since 2017 regular annual meetings in the field of fighting drug abuse, within bilateral cooperation and exchange of information and experience in this area.

Director of the Office for Combating Drugs, Mr. Milan Pekić, underlined that regional cooperation is of utmost importance for the drug abuse problem, as well as that the Office will strive in coming years to achieve as close as possible cooperation in this field with all Western Balkan countries.
